A Visit from Santa

So last Monday night, we heard a knock at the door after dinner and Elle ran to the front door to see who was there.  She started panicking and screaming "momma Santa's here"!  It was so cute to see her so excited.  Jay also ran to the door to see what Elle was screaming about but this child stopped dead in his tracks and stood there like he had seen a ghost.  He couldn't even cry because he was in SHOCK and didn't know what to do!  Santa stopped in for a visit on his way back to the North Pole and dropped off a few Christmas happies.

Santa attempted to give Jay his gift but he was scared and clawing at my arm!

And YES we had to make the gingerbread house as soon as Santa left!
